Eligibility:
- You have to be a student of a high school/secondary school/college/university.
- You should have a verified school/college -issued email id or any documents that prove your current student status.1
- You should have a github user account.

How to apply:
- Go to GitHub Education and, in the top right, click Get benefits.
- Under "Which best describes your academic status?", select Student.
- Add your school/college email address.
- If prompted, upload proof of your academic status.
- Enter your school's name.
- Describe how you plan to use GitHub.
- Verify your application details, then click Submit your information.
If your application is approved, you'll receive a confirmation email. Applications are usually processed within a few days, but it may take longer. So Keep patience.
Expiration and renewals:
- When your GitHub Student Developer Pack expires, you may re-apply if you're still eligible.
- Although some of the offers cannot renew. Most of the times offers from the partners start once you set them up.
