Eligibility:

You have to be a student of a high school/secondary school/college/university.
You should have a verified school/college -issued email id or any documents that prove your current student status.¹
You should have a github user account.
You have to be at least 13 years old.

How to apply:

Go to GitHub Education and, in the top right, click Get benefits.
Under "Which best describes your academic status?", select Student.
Add your school/college email address.
If prompted, upload proof of your academic status.
Enter your school's name.
Describe how you plan to use GitHub.
Verify your application details, then click Submit your information.

If your application is approved, you'll receive a confirmation email. Applications are usually processed within a few days, but it may take longer. So Keep patience.

Expiration and renewals:

When your GitHub Student Developer Pack expires, you may re-apply if you're still eligible.
Although some of the offers cannot renew. Most of the times offers from the partners start once you set them up.
